3. Purpose of Data Processing
TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH and TÜV SÜD's legal entities (“we”, “us”, “our”) would like to provide you with relevant information on trade fairs, webinars, events, white papers, newsletters, updates, case studies, market studies and promotions related to our product and services (“Marketing Information”).
In addition to the above, we will survey your satisfaction with our services following completion of your order.
4. Processing Personal Data
We will ensure that we process the personal data (e.g. e-mail address, phone number), provided by you when requesting Marketing Information, solely for the Marketing purposes as described in Sec. 3 of this Privacy Notice.
The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6(1)(a) "Consent" of the GDPR. We cannot provide you with our Marketing Information without the personal data you provide in order to receive our Marketing Information.
The same applies to the data that are necessary to send you an email regarding your customer satisfaction (title, first name, last name, and email address)

5. Transfer of Data
We use external processors which process your personal data in line with our instructions, in order to provide you with Marketing Information and replay to customer inquiries. We select These processors carefully, conclude an appropriate contract with them, and audit them at regular intervals to ensure protection of your data privacy.
We use service providers which process data independently (e.g. to support processing of customer inquiries or marketing activities).
The transfer of personal data to processors is based on Art. 28(1) GDPR- "Processor" or alternatively on our legitimate interest unless such interests are overriden by your rights and interests in protecting your personal data, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
