In view of climate protection, Simulation and Analysis, Optimization of Buildings and Services serves the following criteria
- ERGONOMICS (Quality of the room climate)
- ECONOMICS (Investment and Operating Costs)
- ECOLOGY (Energy and CO2 - Emission Balance)
The simulation takes into account boundary conditions such as local weather, building physics, type of the building services, building use and occupancy, energy and service prices.
The results of the simulation allow the planner to optimize the building at its location for energy efficiency, ergonomics and sustainability. This is not only valid for the design of new buildings but also for the analysis and optimization of existing buildings.
Dynamic Building-, System, Flow- and Daylight simulations are a prerequisite to achieve a balance between Economics, Ergonomics and Ecology.
