Integrity Analyses

To assess the impact of flaws on reliability and safety TÜV SÜD relies on modern and internationally accepted methods and tools and on a highly qualified and experienced staff. Flaws, induced by manufacturing as well as those arising from operational activity, are evaluated concerning the present state and future loading conditions. This is the basis for determining an adequate safety margin for the next operational period in combination with a suitable inspection program for the component’s remaining lifetime.
