International Education Excellence
The certification of a school according to the International Education Excellence standard takes into account all relevant areas of school quality. These include the school’s management, quality of staff and quality of teaching processes amongst others. The main goal of the certification is to ensure that the school's internal quality management works well.
The criteria catalogue was developed by education experts as well as experienced process management auditors.
KEY STEPS TO CERTIFICATION |
Step 1: The application for certification is sent to TÜV SÜD Management Service |
| Step 2: Self-assessment of the school by using the TÜV SÜD online platform including uploading documents |
Step 3: TÜV SÜD validates the school's self-assessment and writes a report on the school's capability of certification including improvement potential where applicable |
| Step 4: The timetable for the certification audit is created |
| Step 5: Certification audit |
| Step 6: The certification department of TÜV SÜD decides on the certification |
Step 7: (Following year) Surveillance audit to keep up the status of certification If there are no major nonconformities the surveillance audit can take place in the form of a document review. |
