Focus on Processes
The certification is process-oriented. This means that not a single impression during the on-site audit determines whether a school or educational institution provides excellent education. TÜV SÜD checks if the school’s or educational institution’s self-evaluation works efficiently. Changes due to the results of the evaluations have to be implemented successfully.
A certified continuous improvement process displays the school’s or educational institution’s orientation towards the future.
