• Site inspections during construction by our experts, who inspect your construction project to verify that the actual building complies with the submitted plans, the technical construction and tender documentation as well as applicable tech-nical codes and standards.
• Each inspection is followed up by a written  report in which all findings of the expert are document-ed. Important details are documented in photo-graphs.
• Inspection of construction sites before the basement rooms are backfilled (only for houses with basement), before installation slots are closed, when roof insulation work is in progress and/or the vapour diffusion membranes are fitted.
• After completion of all work, we support you during final inspection and prepare a qualified  inspection record. As final inspection is legally significant, this step is especially important.
