TÜV SÜD Footwear Mark

A Step Forward

The TÜV SÜD Footwear Mark scheme enables retailers and manufacturers to demonstrate their commitment to safety for humans and the environment concerning the use of hazardous chemicals.

The Mark is awarded on completion of a comprehensive testing and factory inspection program that addresses CPSIA of US, EU directives and REACH as well as most substances found on the RSL (Restricted Substance List) of major retailers.

Use of the TÜV SÜD Footwear Mark is supported by continual factory inspection (annual) and random tests on products and can be attached as a hangtag or stamp to the footwear product.
