Food hygiene is an everyday challenge for hotels, catering services and restaurants. They must ensure that the food they serve is safe and meets all hygiene regulations. TÜV SÜD addresses this topic in the second part of its webinar series. The webinar entitled “How safe is the food you serve? – Steps the hospitality industry should know to ensure good hygiene practice according to European Legislations” targets food-safety experts in the hospitality industry.
In this webinar TÜV SÜD’s food expert, Thorsten Steinhübel, will speak about the applicable EU Regulations for food safety as well as the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) study, a tool that includes preventive measures to assure food safety. Based on over ten years of experience in the field of hygiene, food safety and quality management, Steinhübel will also explain how a robust auditing and monitoring program can help companies in the hospitality industry to meet food-hygiene and food-safety requirements.
