Real Estate Valuation

TÜV SÜD has inaugurated a special department for real estate valuation - TÜV SÜD ImmoWert GmbH. Our company has outstanding experience in carrying out valuations on large portfolios of mixed property types across Germany (and in adjacent countries). We also provide annual asset valuations for a number of property companies, municipal and local government organisations.

We offer market values of real estate according to German law §194 BauGB and European Market Value (TEGOVA). Additionally, we provide valuations for loan security purposes, which are based on the mortgage lending values (§12HBG) and the mortgage bank laws for insurance companies and banks.

Our group compromises seven real estate valuation offices nationwide. The strength of our skills lies in the depth of specialist knowledge gathered from this team. Our regional office network is the key to the quality of their valuation service.
