1111108 QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor Training (IRCA Certified Course - Reg. No. A17078) (2012)


In this IRCA certified training course, the participants will learn about the purpose of a quality management system and the inter-relationship of ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9004 and ISO 19011 and the application of the 8 Quality Management Principles. Besides that, the course will strongly focus on the requirements of ISO 9001 in the context of an audit and will prepare the participants to recognise the roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditors. During the course, the participants will also gain knowledge of how to plan and prepare an audit, gather objective evidence, analyse and interpret information in order to determine conformance with requirements. Furthermore, it will be taught how to report an audit, including writing valid, factual and value adding non-conformity reports. After taking this course, the participants will understand the audit follow-up activities, including evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions. This course is offered in cooperation with PSB Academy from Singapore, a sister company of TÜV SÜD Akademie.

The course includes a high level of participant involvement through discussions, case studies, role plays and an audit of an Instrument Calibration and Control Process will be included in the program to enhance the learning process. An examination will be conducted on the last day of the course for the participants. This examination is part of the training requirements for registration with IRCA.

Successful completion of QMF-TÜV and QMB-TÜV or equivalent training courses
