DICE – Developing intercultural Competence in Adult Education
Project Outline
The project brings together practitioners in formal and non-formal adult education to develop a shared understanding of intercultural learning and cultural expertise, to identify the intercultural competences needed by adult educators and to present solutions, including a good practice toolkit. The aim of the project is to develop a strong and effective learning partnership that engages adult educators working in multi-cultural environments to enable their organisations to improve access to, and widen participation in adult education.
