TÜV SÜD Akademie: seminar dates for 2013 now online
The training provider has published all dates of its seminars and training courses for 2013 at www.tuev-sued.de/akademie – earlier than ever before. This gives education managers the opportunity to decide on next year's specific training measures now and include them in their plans and budgets. Well-educated, skilled and qualified staff constitute a critical success factor for the flourishing development of German business. "Continuing vocational training should be oriented to a company's strategy and planned with foresight", advises Kai Probst, CEO of TÜV SÜD Akademie.
Initiatives such as the German Education Award (www.deutscher-bildungspreis.de) raise awareness in German industry and business for vocational continuing training. "Keeping staff knowledge and education up-to-date, expanding it and making it accessible to a company will be one of the future challenges across all sectors of industry", says Kai Probst. To be successful, training management departments should define strategic targets and engage in structured planning of all measures in continuing training.
To enable companies to plan next year's specific initial qualification and continuing education measures for their staff at this early stage, TÜV SÜD Akademie is publishing the dates of its seminars and training courses in 2013 particularly early this year. Publication is perfectly timed to enable companies to include their training and qualification measures in their strategy and budget planning for 2013 and to establish training objectives in performance appraisals with employees.
Established offering with innovative additions
In addition to traditional fields of training and education such as quality management, fire safety and environmental engineering, TÜV SÜD Akademie's programme focuses particularly on promising future-oriented sectors. One focal area is medicine and health, where innovative products are particularly numerous in the area of pharmaceutics. Another focal area is energy; here the programme delivers important signals, offering seminars and courses on hydrogen technology, embedded systems and energy management. "Close contact with our client companies enables us to develop products that offer tailored solutions to current trends and issues as well as to new legal requirements", explains Probst.
To view the dates and register for the seminars and courses go to www.tuev-sued.de/akademie. The print copy of the 2013 Programme will be published in mid-September.
